CCD Fall Registration will be quickly approaching and we invite parents to plan to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration weekend events scheduled August 6-7 and August 13-14, 2022. Registrations for CCD will be taken after the Saturday evening Mass, August 6, 2022 and August 13, 2022 and before and after the Sunday Masses August 7, 2022 and August 14, 2022.
During the CCD Early Bird Registration weekends, Parish tuition rates will be $35.00 dollars for an individual child, $70.00 dollars for two children or a family rate of $90.00 dollars. These tuition rates will only be available during the CCD Early Bird Registration weekends. We will also honor these rates for registration turned in during the week of August 3-7, 2020. Parish tuition rates after the CCD Early Bird Registration weekends are $40.00 per child, or $100.00 per family.
Additionally, parents registering children for CCD will be asked to pay a Diocesan Religious Education Fee of $15.00 dollars, per student, in addition to the Parish tuition fees. The Diocesan Religious Education Fee is being assessed to provide funding to support the administrative services, resources, and materials provided by the Diocesan Religious Education Office.
Completed registration forms with tuition fees can be turned in at the registration table during the registration weekends or dropped in the collection basket at any of the Masses or they can be mailed or dropped off directly to the rectory at: 1720 Lake Street, Lincoln, NE 68502. Please indicate “CCD” on the envelope. Please make checks payable to Blessed Sacrament Church. Tuition assistance is available.
CCD tuition and Diocesan Religious Education fees can be paid using the parish Online Giving application. The link to the application is https://giving.parishsoft.com/App/Giving/bsc. Once you’ve logged on to your account, use the CCD Tuition Fund option for exact CCD tuition fees due and the Diocesan Education Fee Fund option for exact Diocesan Education fees due.
Please note: If you choose to use the Online Giving application as your method of payment, we ask that exact fees due be paid for each Fund and not as installments over a period of time. Additionally, a completed registration form must be turned in at the rectory for processing purposes and routing to the CCD Coordinator.
Copies of Baptismal certificates will be required at the time of registration for students being enrolled in grades 1, 2 and 5 in the CCD program. All students are required to provide a copy of their baptismal certificate upon initial enrollment with the CCD program. If you have not provided a copy of your student’s baptismal certificate within the past two years, we ask that one be submitted along with your registration this year.
CCD classes will reconvene on August 24, 2022. CCD registration information that was mailed out contained the wrong date so please mark your calendars accordingly.
